When is my item expected to ship?

 Most of our items are preorders which means the items have not been signed when you place the order. We list expected shipping times on the page where you placed your order. If the item you ordered is in stock and available to ship, we try to ship everything out 24-48 hours after you place the order. We send out tracking emails when all orders have shipped.

My tracking shows my item has been delivered but it is not here.  From time to time, the mail carrier will accidently deliver packages to the wrong house or mail box. Please check with your neighbors to see if they have your item. If they do not, please call your local post office immediately to inform them of the issue. The USPS can use something called "GeoScan" to locate where they scanned your package and will help you locate it. If they can't locate your package, please file a missing package report on USPS.com and send us the confirmation #. 
I sent an item in to get signed and I received an email that says I need to reschedule my delivery.  Please disregard any notification from the USPS that mentions you need to reschedule your delivery or that your item is being sent back to you. These are automatically generated emails and you can delete those. The Post Office will not send your items back to you. Once we have picked up your item, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please read through all the details on the page where you purchased your mail in for more details. 
Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. We have two shipping options available, USPS or UPS. UPS is slightly more expensive but your items will arrive a lot faster. You can chose either USPS or UPS at checkout by clicking on the dropdown under the shipping category. 

All International shipments may be subject to additional custom fees. Please research your countries custom fees and rules before placing an order. Customers are responsible for these additional costs. We do not receive any of the money you pay for customs and it is not covered by your shipping costs. 

What is your Refund Policy?

Please contact us within 14 hours of receiving your item if you want to return the item. All returns must be approved in advance. 

 

All returns or cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on Pre-Orders. All Pre-Order purchases are final.
