Refund Policy

Below is our Refund/Cancellation Policy. Please note that cancellations and refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Second Thought Orders
If you place an order and then change your mind and no longer want the item(s), we will be happy to cancel and refund your order. Please note that orders in this scenario are subject to a 10% restocking fee. When you place an order, we pay credit card transaction fees to the bank to process your transaction. If you change your mind and decide to cancel, the bank does not refund those fees back to us and we lose money on fees. Due to this policy from Shopify and financial institutions, we will charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the funds we are losing. We recommend only placing an order if it is something you definitely want. 

We allow up to 14 days if you'd like to return at item. All item returns must be approved in advance and will be handled on a case by case basis. Please note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any items that are returned must be in the same condition as they were received along with any COA cards or other items. 

We can't accept returns from International customers, unless the customer covers shipping fees. 

Returns/Refunds will not be offered on items that have been personalized and or have order specific quotes/inscriptions. 

Pre-Order Cancellation
All Pre-Order sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on Pre-Order items. If a signing is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
