CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
All items will be authenticated by JSA Witnessed Authentication. Cost for authentication is included in the autograph price. If you do not want a COA, please label your item clearly with NO COA.
Personalization's, Quotes and Character Names are available for addon
We are accepting DVD covers, Photos, Mini-Posters and full sized posters. Action Figures, Pops and other collectable items are being accepted. If you are unsure if your item will be accepted, please email us before placing an order. Any item deemed inappropriate will not be accepted or signed.
All Funko Pops must be sent into us flattened out.
If your item has already been authenticated with another signature, please hang onto the COA card and any other loose items such as DVD discs or Vinyl Records. Please do not tape Pop boxes to cardboard, it makes them difficult to authenticate.
We will accepted items from 3rd party sellers. If you purchase a Funko, we will remove the toy from the box once it arrives. Please ensure you ask the seller to include a Post-It note with your name and order number so we can track your item when it arrives. We will ship your Funko out to you with the Toy inside the box.
Please specify on your item which color you would like your item signed. Pen colors are requests and not guaranteed. If you do not request a color, we will select a color we think is best. If you want a specific shade of a color, please specify (Example: Light Green).
You will pay for shipping at checkout, this is the shipping fee we will use to return your item. Please do not send us return shipping labels. The address you provide at checkout is where you item will be sent to once it has been signed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
MAIL IN DETAILS
Please send all items to the address below. Items should be packaged well and protected. Please use USPS to ship items, FedEx, UPS and other services do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please include a sticky note with your name and order number with your item. This will help us keep track of it when it arrives.

All items must be in hand by MARCH 25, 2024. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We recommend you add insurance to your shipment. Please email us if you would like to add insurance to your return shipping.
Zip code on shipping address and delivery tracking are different. Do not panic if you see two different zip codes.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL (PLEASE READ)
Please note that we do send out confirmation e-mails once we have your item in our possession. Please use the USPS tracking number you are provided when you ship in your item to keep updated on the shipment of your item. If the status shows as "Available for Pickup" or something similar, your item has arrived at the Post Office and we will pick it up as soon as we can. If the status shows "Delivered" then we should have your item and a confirmation e-mail will come soon. Confirmation emails may not come out the same day as your item was picked up, depending on our workload, these emails may come a few days later. We will get all confirmation emails out as soon as we can.
Be sure to hold onto your USPS tracking number until you have received your confirmation email. We will need that tracking number should there be an issue with your package. There is no need to email us to let us know your package has arrived, we do routine pickups as frequently as we can.
Please note you may receive an email from USPS telling you that your package will be sent back to you or you need to reschedule a delivery, please disregard these emails. They are automatically generated, the Post Office will not send your item back to you. They have a section of space in the building and hold all of our packages until we pick them up. Do not panic, your item will not be sent back. There is no need to email us to tell us you received this email, just delete it and keep your eye out for updates on the tracking number the Post Office provided you and confirmation emails directly from us.
POST IT (PLEASE READ).
Please include a post-it note with your order number and full name, the name on the post-it should be the same name as what's on the order so we can track down the orders. This is what we use to track your item from start to finish, it is very important that you include this with your mail-in. There is no need to provide your shipping address, email address or phone number. If we need your contact information, we will look it up using your order number in our system. We strictly need the information as shown below. Inscriptions should only be included on the post it note for signings that offer inscriptions, if inscriptions are not available please do not include these details. Please include Character Name and personalization requests on your post-it if you have purchased those. Also, if you have a specific location you need your item signed, please label it clearly. Any additional information is unnecessary.
PLEASE ENSURE POST-IT NOTES ARE CLEAR AND LEGIBLE. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY UNNESSESSARY INFO SUCH AS ADDRESS OR E-MAIL. WE ONLY NEED THE INFORMATION SHOWN BELOW.

IT IS OK TO MAIL MULTIPLE ITEMS IN THE SAME PACKAGE FOR DIFFERENT SIGNINGS.
We ship order when all items are available. If you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the order will not ship until the preorder item is available. If you need an item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Please note that International Orders may be subject to custom fees set in place by your home country. Any custom fees that are due are the customers responsibility and may be due before your order arrives. We recommend searching your countries custom fee rules and regulations before purchase. We also recommend UPS shipping for the fastest shipping service. (Option available at checkout).
