Shipping dates are estimated and may change based on the celebrities schedule. Any updates or changes to the estimated dates will be posted on our Social Media pages. Refunds are not offered if estimated dates are changed.
AUTHENTICATION OPTIONS
We have three options available for authentication.

NO AUTHENTICATION - You will receive your card with no authentication on it

WITNESSED AUTHENTICATION - A sticker will be placed on the card at the signing and your card will ship soon after it has been signed. For this option, a sticker must be placed directly on the card.

CARD SLAB - After your card has been signed, it it will be submitted for slabbing. This process encapsulates your card in a plastic case. The turnaround times vary but if you chose this option, it may take up to 2 months for you to receive your card. Cards will be slabbed by CGCxJSA.

ORDER COMBINATIONS
We ship order when all items are available. If you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the order will not ship until the preorder item is available. If you need an item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that International Orders may be subject to custom fees set in place by your home country. Any custom fees that are due are the customers responsibility to pay and may be due before your order arrives. We recommend searching your countries custom fee rules and regulations before purchase. Shipping fees/costs do not include custom fees, this is a separate cost charged by your country.
For the fastest international shipping, we recommend selecting UPS International as the shipping option at checkout. It is slightly more expensive but your item will arrive in about a week or two after it has shipped. USPS can take up to two months to arrive for International customers.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
