Please read through all of the details listed below before placing an order. Orders placed from this page require you to send your own item to have signed.

If items arrive after the date list above, they will be late and will not get signed. Item needs to be delivered by the date listed above.
ORDERS ESTIMATE SHIPPING DATE: March 2026
- Select the item you are sending in from the drop-down.
- All items will be authenticated by JSA. (Cost Included in Price)
- JSA Witnessed QR Code Stickers will be provided on your item. (No JSA Cards will be provided)
- If you do not want your item authenticated, please label it and note that you do not want authentication.
- Please label your item with a post-it note. Include your name, order # and pen color. (E-Mail, Address, ect is not necessary).
- Pen color requests should be labeled on your post-it note.
- Please make sure your item is labeled clearly with a good, sticky post-it note. Sticky notes with low residue will fall off your item.
- If you purchase a quote, personalization or character name, please include that on your post-it note.
- Please keep any loose items with you such as DVD disks, CDs, Records, JSA Cards or other items that are not needed for the signing.
- Full size posters are accepted. We kindly ask if you can send the poster in a tube 29" or shorter, it will help us with transporting your item to the signing.
- If sending a comic or trading card, please specify on your item if you would like to have it authenticated or not. If you chose to have it authenticated, a sticker will be placed on your item.
FULL SIZED ROLLED POSTERS
If sending in a full size poster, please package it well. Posters are the items that are most likely to get damaged in shipping. We recommend using a sturdy tube or PVC pipe to ship your poster. We also ask that you please ship the poster in a tube that is no longer than 29" long. This will help us transport your poster to the signing.
FUNKO POPS
Due the number of Pops we receive for our signings and the logistics needed to get the items to and from the signing, we ask that all Pops be removed from their boxes and just the box sent into us flat. Please be sure to package it well and label the Pop before sending it in.

- Dark Parlor is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please pack your items well and include insurance with your shipments. If you would like to add insurance to your return shipment, please email us for a quote.

When shipping your item, please hang onto your tracking number until we have confirmed with you that we have received your item. We do send confirmation emails once we have received, opened and processed your item.
ORDER COMBINATIONS
We ship order when all items are available. If you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the order will not ship until the preorder item is available. If you need an item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Please note that International Orders may be subject to custom fees set in place by your home country. Any custom fees that are due are the customers responsibility and may be due before your order arrives. We recommend searching your countries custom fee rules and regulations before purchase. We also recommend UPS shipping for the fastest shipping service. (Option available at checkout).
We are are autograph send-in company only. Any personal gifts, letters or other items that are intended to be passed along to the celebrity will be disposed of. Please send us the item you would like signed only.
