The USPS is currently experiencing issues and delays across the US with mail services. These delays have been ongoing now over the last few months and may lead to delayed delivery times and delays with your packages.
As of Oct 1, 2021 the USPS will be slowing down the shipping time of First Class packages. Please note that if you make a purchase and select the First Class Package shipping method at checkout, your package may take longer than usual to arrive.
If your package is time sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting the Priority Mail shipping method at checkout. Priority Mail is a faster shipping service and includes shipping insurance with your package. We have also added UPS as a new shipping option to help expedite package deliveries.
Once your order had shipped, we send out a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included. For the latest updates on your package, please check your USPS/UPS tracking information.
We fully expect these delays to increase as the holiday season grows closer. If considering items for potential holiday gifts, we recommend placing orders as soon as possible to guarantee enough time for delivery.
We are seeing multiple delays with packages for International customers. In some cases, packages have been taking up to 2 months to arrive, although a 2 month delivery time is not frequent, it has been happening.
Recently the USPS has stopped shipping packages to a handful of countries. If you live in one of these effected areas, we will be shipping your packages using a service called "GlobalPost". GlobalPost will deliver your package to your country and the local postal service will take over the delivery of your item once it has cleared customs.
We have also added a UPS option at checkout and this will be available to countries where UPS currently provides their service. The UPS option is a little more expensive but by using UPS, you should have a faster delivery time.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. The tracking number can be used on the GlobalPost or UPS website, depending on the service you have selected at checkout.
We full expect major delays as the holiday season reaches closer. We recommend placing orders for holiday gifts to avoid delivery delays or issues. Please note that International customers may be subject to custom fees that have been put in place by your home country. These fees will be required before the delivery of your package.
